Collected Personal Data 

The Well collects personal data, with the express written permission of customers or donors, for the purpose of maintaining contact for sales & marketing purposes, meeting customer pre-orders or Gift Aid.  We do not use cookies, monitor or otherwise collect personal data from online activity.  We do not share data with third parties (except HMRC for the purpose of claiming Gift Aid).  The Well has a CCTV camera in the shop connected to the use of the alarm system.  We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
